Where to mount 4 ballasts?!

So I have HID headlights and fogs and I have no clue how to stuff all this wiring and 4 ballasts under the hood of my civic .. Any tips? (helpful tips)

If possible, use double sided tape to attach two of the ballasts to each other and then mount them.
