Suspension noise over bumps and uneven roads on fk8

I have installed my Rsr superdown springs and they have been making some squishy ripping noises over uneven roads and bumps I took it in and they said everything seems to be fine other then that they told me I’m too low I am 1.5 in dropped please help CTR

I can barley hear it but if it is squeaking check your swaybar end links. I had a new pair of whiteline front ones that started squeaking about a week after instaling them. The way i found out was to disconect them and move the ends and one side one both of them were squeaking. I contacted them and they sent me a new pair. good luck
