Same as the Titan7 TS5 with a red pin stripe...Guess if you want the OEM look, it would be a nice choice.

I'm not sure why anyone who can afford a Type R would give a rip about using the factory lugnuts? Those look cheap, and there are few upgrade options (e.g. Titanium, ~Acer Racing one of the only exceptions I know about that fit factory wheels?) vs. your typical non-factory aftermarket wheel.

Also I don't get why they are doing 18 or 19 in +50 but Mugen and Spoon are doing between 40-45... which one is wrong?

Regardless it will look very OE for anyone who chooses it...

I can respect this level of OCD

def not the same as the TS5.. Very similar but these are heavier(20.36 lbs vs 18.7 lbs for the 18x9.5 wheel). They have the recessed pin strip like the FK8 and the spokes are split at the wheel hub. I personally would get these over the NSX wheels i've been contemplating. If i didn't care about the stock look then there are lighter to be had.

I like the 19" +50 option as Advan supposedly discontinued all of their wheels with that option. The lack of 19" options makes the a solid choice, and if you wanted to you could repaint whatever color you like

The dude in the video literally said they partnered with Titan7 to create that wheel.
Titan 7 makes more than one wheel. This is certainly a variant, but it's not the SAME as the wheel you claimed it was. I only pointed out the biggest differences. There are certainly others.

Racing. Some class rules only allow you to change wheel size by one inch, hence the 19's are all some groups would allow for people to stay in class.

Those wheels are awesome!

The ET50 is a better option than a 45 because you should be able to fit 285/30/19s without too much rubbing (if any). Plus, 50 is closer to the ET60 of the OE wheels so there is less change in the scrub radius (i.e. in theory less torque steer than an ET45 or 38 etc).

I haven't done the math, but I suspect with them being wider they probably designed it to be close or equal to the existing scrub radius.

Not to get too nerdy, but scrub radius is directly related to the offset no matter what the wheel width is. Part of the calculation is based on the center of the tire's tread so it doesn't matter if it's an 8" wheel, a 9.5" wheel, or whatever.

I was running 19x10 ET55 wheels on my CTR because I wanted the wider wheels but didn't want to increase the scrub radius too much. I will have them for sale soon in the classifieds.

I just wish they were available in other colors. I love the size, offset, and price.

You could always get them repainted, but that would be pretty costly.

They only other hangup is the lug nut situation. If they're compatible with stock nuts that would mean you only have the option of ball seat stock lugs, correct? I don't know of a way for cone seats to also be compatible.

They would look sick with red Kics or similar.
