Request: How to remove map light insert?

Hi all. I've been able to narrow down the source of a nasty rattle/buzzing sound to the map lights by the rear view mirror. It seem that that whole area vibrates heavily at around 5K RPM, and it is causing a resonance. I would like to remove the insert for the map lights and add some foam to the area. Does anyone know how this can be done?

There's several wires underneath the maplight housing and that's probably what's rattling.

It's very simple to remove --

1) Turn the lights ON, so the plastic lens covers protrude slightly outward.

2) Insert a pry tool in the gap created between the lens cover and map light housing when the light was turned on, then pry the covers off.

3) Beneath each cover is one screw. Remove both, then pull the map light housing downward at the side closest to the windshield.
