Will use dental floss and GOO Gone.

Does it help to use a hair dry to heat up the adhesive first?

Pics please! And left over hunky residue?
I'll post a pic tomorrow!

There was no 'residue' left that I could see but felt/looked like a couple VERY tiny bumps. But from anywhere more than a foot away is looks perfect.

Will point it out when having ceramic done, they will buff it off before coating goes on.

I took a close up of the badge area but all it shows is reflections.

It was easy to get off, took about 20 minutes.

I just ripped mine off, no heat applied. There was a lot of residue but I used Goo gone liberally and it's like nothing was ever there

Any close up pics of how it looks like after the badge has been removed? I tried removing badges off of other cars, but I get hella swirl marks from using goo gone and everything around it.

just give it a quick buff with a polishing compound and you'll be fine.
Thanks will try that. I'm so bad at things like this, so I'm always so sketched out trying to mess with the paint on my cars.

it's super easy. I've removed the emblem and used goo-gone on almost all of my cars I have purchased.

Just make sure to wash the surrounding area, use a compound to polish out the swirls and then seal it with a sealant/wax. Detailing is a hobby of mine so I've never been scared to attempt stuff on my paint. Except for those black exterior pieces like the b pillars, front grills ... Those are always so easy to scratch and hard to polish because even polish scratches it ...

I didn't experience any swirling but I may just not have noticed cuz I didn't follow up with a wash compound and wax
