New intercooler arrived with a dent... after taking the bumper off I noticed.... smh... I put it on anyways I hope flow isn't going to be affected.

Next up is ktuner flex fuel upgrade and clutch....

If you had contacted PRL they would have resolved your issue and sent you another one and have you return the dented one.

Made 631 atw.... with this dented intercooler. So I'm not upset with prl or shipping.... and after taking everything apart I did not want to put the stock one back on.

I don't blame you there. As long as it's not leaking it should do fine.

Yeah your not going to make this much on the SI lol even with their big turbo kit. Or at least not right now. Anyways you could have called them up as you are not the only one receiving dented intercoolers and they resolved it by shipping another one dent free and issue free.

Although I personally would have had it exchanged, that dent is only cosmetic. The bottom fin/plate should be structural only. I can understand why you would just opt to install it as is, it wont affect gains/performance.
