Notching Rear bumper for exhaust?

Like this? I'm really trying to figure out how to do this with those rear vent things. Maybe one could purchase a replacement vent, knotch some holes, and do a single exit tip on either side.

I think this looks amazing and the sound is nice as well. How much did the whole mod cost you?? (Including the cut outs and custom exhaust job)

I’d estimate around $1000 including parts and labor. The shop I went to only used Vibrant parts, so another place with that uses different piping might be cheaper.
