Rear bumper protection

yesterday while i was parked the driver behind me hit my bumper and removed some of the paint. It is not a lot but enough to make me mad every time i see it. This is the first mark on my new car. My car is white and now has a black scratch on the back where the paint was removed. What can i do to get this fixed i am not sure if it is worth taking to a shop since it is not that big, but it is something that bothers me, and im willing to pay to get it fixed. I live in San Francisco where it is mostly street parking so i can see this happening again, what is a good idea for bumper protection? I checked online and came across items like the bumper bully buy im wanting something that is permanent and doesnt required to be put in place each time.

the bumper bully is cool. There is also rubber strips that stick on but look tacky in my opinion.
