I have a 2018 civic RS (sport hatch in US) and its been bugging me if this much noise is normal. I know its difficult to diagnose through video but lemme know your thoughts

Yes, completely normal.

If you're asking about the clicking sound, that is the high-pressure fuel injectors used for GDI engines. Totally normal.
