Yea I just thought it would idle closer to that first not above the 0 I guess that would be about 500 ish.

Trust me, you dont want it idling in the 700s or less, my ex-t vibrates like a bastard when rpms fall under 750.

Yeah, I would say that's normal, both of my non-CTR civics have been 750-800.
