Louvers on civic sport

Hey I was looking into louvers but realized I had the roof spoiler on my 2018 civic sport. Anyone know if they would work or if I’d have to do some craftsmanship.

Have you found anything that looks simple and sexy like these? These are aluminium, thin, flat, stylish. Not gaudy.
