I have both front and rear struts. I got them removed 2 years ago when I got bags. they have roughly 15K miles on them

Try dealers in your area. I got a complete spare SI set (front and rears shocks and springs) brand new for $500CAD... New SI owner at the time put HFP suspension, so they were sitting in dealer storage for years. You might get lucky.
