Hi, with all the various Sensing things such as LKAS, as well as the Brake Hold, I'm wondering do you have to go and turn these on every time you start the car (or put another way, does it turn them all off when you shut off the car)?

I really want most of these to be on all the time, particularly for my wife who let's just say has a little lane-drift problem. But, I know she's not going to turn these on every time she gets in the car, so can they be made to turn on automatically?

Yes, Brake Hold and LKAS have to be enabled by the driver each time. However, Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) System does stay enabled, and it will help alert the driver to lane-drift. See p430 in the OM.
