Hard start issue. 2018 civic ex 2.0 cvt transmission

Ignition coil came apart as I pulled it out of the cylinder. Oil in one of the cylinders. Has a little over 125,000 miles on it. Orginal ignition coils. Are there seals that go around the spark plug cylinders?

The spark plug tube gaskets are part of the valve cover (or as Honda calls it, the 'cylinder head cover'). These are not replaceable from what I could tell when I had my valve cover removed. You would need to replace the valve cover (about $130).
