When I try to get on the throttle a little bit, basically any shifting beyond like 4500RPM, I get a weird groaning/winding noise from the clutch on disengagement. I can feel it in my foot too. It happens in every gear and it’s pretty easy to replicate. It doesn’t feel or sound right to me. Anyone have this issue before?

Could be a bad or failing throwout bearing if it only happens on disengagement.

Do you rest your foot on the clutch, ride the clutch, or hold the clutch in while stopped at lights, etc?

Nah I’m pretty good about leaving it in neutral when I can. I don’t even drive it much. Only 7k miles on it. I was thinking TOB as well but I’ve never had this issue so I don’t know. Gonna take it to Honda I only got like 10 left on the 3 year warranty lol.
