full size spare for 17" wheel

was gonna pick up a decent used tire and try to find a 17 wheel that fits the civic, is there enough room in the trunk of the seand to replace the 50 mph temp spare with a full size? and what other vehicles have the same bolt pattern i can look to get a used wheel from?

Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Mazda, all same pattern.

I'd also check the bore size it's not just bolt pattern that matters.

Everyone else uses 67.1, we use 64.1. So you can always adapt it down.

You could get a used wheel from a previous generation Civic.

You don't carry it. You just insert it into the wheel bore and leave it there.
