EVAP CEL Codes after Fuel Upgrade

I recently upgraded the low and high pressure pumps and a flex fuel. I also did FBO and Turbo, but not sure if that is related. I have been driving the car with no CEL for 50 miles or so data logging. Today, after a few pull, but driving normally for a few miles, I Got a P0171 (too lean) and P0455 (large evap leak).

A quick look through the engine bay did not show any loose hoses. Car seems to drive ok, but I was pretty light on it after the CELs appeared.

Any thoughts? With the lean code, I was thinking something to do with the low pressure pump, but I am not sure how to check it out.....

I'd verify the hoses on top of the tank near the low pressure pump. There is a lot going on there.

Good call - I am not 100% sure if it will solve the CELs, but the EVAP house was not fully clipped on.
