2017 Ex Hatch...
Im not sure if this happens to anyone else using CarPlay but sometimes the infotainment screen stops accepting input and the volume control stops working on both the screen and steering wheel.
The only way to fix it is to hit the menu button on the infotainment system. This exits CarPlay and brings up the disclaimer box that normally comes up when you first start the car. If I hit okay on that box, everything starts working again.
My best guess is that sometimes CarPlay is coming up before the disclaimer box and the disclaimer box hangs in the background, not letting me do anything.
Anyone else notice this? It happens maybe once every ten drives or so.
