Car was backed into, don’t how to go about this

car was backed into, grill is cracked and small bumper scratch... looks like it can be buffed (the bumper) now for the grill what replacements are out there and how is install. also should i go through insurance or just have him pay me cash?

You have to take off the bumper to be able to take off the grille. Should take about an hour or 2 6/10 difficultly. I’d just get cash imo same thing happened to me
