No tune is needed for PPG. You just need the speedo correct.

I agree with FF & clutch. I’d have a Front sway bar ready so they can throw it in while you have the sub frame dropped for the clutch. Also, some coil overs will give you that sporty feeling & handling you’re looking for. I noticed a good difference once I added my rigid collars & chassis braces...

I definitely think they just replaced your gears with an oem set. Can you put the link you sent them on here. PPG should sound like the video attached.

It should be whining especially 1st gear. 1st gear is annoyingly loud I was able to hear 1-3 on my setup with a pretty loud exhaust. I’d definitely ask another shop to take a look ppg isn’t a cheap purchase.
