Honda dealership Hondata tune

I just was told by a friend that the local Honda dealership ( spreen Honda ) does hondata flashes for $350. Has anyone done this at a dealership?

I’ve heard people on here doing that. If you do through dealership, it doesn’t effect warranty if I remember correctly.

Keep in mind there are some negatives with a dealer reflash. Because you won't own an actual Flashpro unit, you won't be able to monitor things by datalogging. You won't be able to fine tune the tune with user tweaks. It's a one time tune.

But if you want a set and forget deal, it's OK.

Also, I'm not sure if it actually maintains warranty if it turns out a failure is cause by abuse, for example.

Update. I have called and it voids your warranty and unless you really want it done they won’t even do it unless you are out of warranty

Walp. There’s that. Probably better to do it yourself, so at least it’s not on record with honda that it’s been done.
