Tell me what you guys think. Not tuned never been tuned no mods besides muffler and res delete and stage 1 prl intake. Around 0:20 is where it’s most audible

what happens when you rev the engine? Does it get louder or knock faster with the higher rpm?

How's your oil? Does it smell like fuel?

Yes, the speed of it increases with the rpms. It seems to go away after around 3k though. I’ll have to take a video tomorrow. And for the oil I just changed it 2 days ago and the oil definitely smelled like gas. That oil had like 5k on it though. I’ll have to check the new oil tomorrow and see.
I filled it up so it’s just below the second dot.

Only thing I can think of is I was running Mobil 1, 0w-20 before but this time I got Honda full synthetic 0w-20 from my dealer. Maybe it doesn’t like the Honda oil or something idk Im mind blown that it’s knocking. I treat it like a baby. Definitely not impressed with this car at all.

I would call Honda roadside and let them tow it to the dealership. I wouldn;t drive on it anymore. Hard to say what it is without looking at it. It's definitely knocking of something.

Take your intake off before towing it

Have you mis shifted?

It kind of sounds like a slight knock. Did you miss-shift it at all recently?

Idk if it’s the same sound I hear but I’ll check on my car tomorrow. It sounds similar but I’m not sure. My sound does go away though.

Doesn't sound like a spun bearing to me yet.

That condition is usually most evident on a cold start, immediately on firing.

It does get better after driving for awhile but it’s still there..

Same thing I was thinking.. if I take it in how it is they’ll probably just tell me it’s the direct injection or some bs. I’m either gonna sell it back to them or drive it till it blows..

I did miss a shift awhile ago like 3 months but I don’t think I over revved. The thread I made about it is still up you wanna check it out
