You could always try the dollar bill test over the oil fill cap hole. If it tries to suck the dollar in at any point you've got a exhaust valve issue. But if it's failing a compression test and your not losing fluids and you don't see mixing in the oil. Sounds like a valve issue.
Get your injector tested for that cylinder too. Injector failure is a common issue with these.
