Does anyone have this whirling sound when youre not acclerating and just coasting? It goes away immediately when I press in the clutch and it seems to not be there when I accelerate. Is this maybe just a tranny noise?

How about on hard deceleration/braking? If it’s a ‘swishing’ sound, it could be the clutch throw-out bearing.

Yes I have a high pitched hum at steady speeds. I had a dealer look at it, they said that the noise was coming from the transmission. They talked to Honda about replacing the transmission but Honda considers the noise to be normal.
