Sick!!! Just trying to get a honest opinion... I do have an si coupe and looking to install a lowering springs. I do reallly like the drop of your car, but I’ve seen many more people getting the eibach sport lines. What would you recommend me? Did you had to installed any new camber kit, front or rear?
  2. DrewCivicX6MT
How much more power are you making with that turbo upgrade kit?
    1. Matt Noke
I unfortunately wont have time to install until this Saturday. I will post dyno results once I have them though!

Still haven't Dynoed yet but if you are thinking of buying, buy it! The W1 transformed my Si into a street ripping machine. I'm running the hondata 27Won E85 base map right now and the power gain from OE turbo to the W1 is a huge difference!

Im curious about your dyno numbers,

Was it tuned on mustang dyno or dyno pack/jet?

What is your wheel horse and torque ??
      Matt Noke thanked this.
    1. Matt Noke
Done on a Dynocom load bearing chassis dyno (Mustang Dyno). Tune is currently an Etune, plan to get a Dyno tune after I install my W1 turbo upgrade next month. After that I plan to go back to the same Dyno and see what kind of Delta numbers I get with the turbo upgrade and updated tune. Thanks for looking

I don't know if you're trackin it or not, but does the exhaust wrap and heat reflective tape help your IAT or other things that could affected by the heat?
    1. Matt Noke
I'm sure they do. Can't prove it though because I didn't install the DP without the wrap first. I wish I had a better answer for you. The front mount intercooler, downpipe, and adjustments to my tune for higher boost were all done about the same time. I know the FMIC changed IAT temps the most and I'm sure the tape and wrap helped some too.

No problem, I imagine it all works well in conjunction with each other anyway.

Nice car! Do you notice a difference in NVH with the boomba motor mount? Also, does it feel like the engine is a bit more responsive with it being more planted by the mount?
      Matt Noke thanked this.
    1. Matt Noke
Thank you, vibration on take off but wheel hop is gone. I can't really tell a difference in responsiveness.I hated it at first but after break in it isn't so bad.

thats a perfect drop imo! hows ride compared to stock?
      Matt Noke thanked this.
    1. Matt Noke
Handling improved! Definitely a stiffer ride but with out giving up too much ride comfort. Couldn't be happier with the Skunk2 springs. Thanks for looking

Great job on all the mods. Expecially like the grill. Where did you source it?/Part No.?
      Matt Noke thanked this.
    1. Matt Noke
I ordered it off eBay. I don't have a part # but there are a few different styles for you to choose from on there. Thanks for looking

I was thinking about changing out the grill to this one, how long did it take?
    Worthwhile? Any regrets?
    1. Matt Noke
While on the highway an 18wheeler tire blew and hit my car. When I had it fixed at the auto body shop they installed it for me. Taking the bumper off doesn't seem to be a hard task. I'll find out this weekend when I install my PRL fmic. No regrets due to the fact that I've shed almost 10° off IAT.

Love what your doing with your car. How does the hondata hack work?
      Matt Noke thanked this.
    1. Matt Noke
I'm not that great with computers and such but a good friend of mine is. He did a rooting of the navi screen. It allowed me to put the hondata app on it. There is a diy thread on this forum of how it is done.
