Will a CAI void my Honda Warranty?

MUST READ: I recently had a black 2018 Si Coupe with an Injen CAI. I live in Paramus, NJ which NEVER experiences flooding. Well, on July 6th we had this freak storm with torrential rain, hail, wind,...it was crazy. I went to 7/11 for a friggin protein bar and when I took the off ramp to get off the highway, there was 2 feet of water. That CAI sucked up water like one of those big ass McDonald's straws and my engine was hydrolocked. It was DONE. The car was totaled. Luckily there was additional flood damage to the car and mold became an issue so GEICO covered it as it was an act of God. So as I type this, I am looking out into my driveway at my new white 2020 Si Coupe which will NOT have a "true" CAI. However, I am looking into the PRL Stage 1 intake for $85 that goes nowhere near the bottom of the engine bay.

I bought a PRL cobra cai. And also bought PRL short ram bracket. I run the short ram during hurricane seasons then switch it to Cobra CAI

Hows the heatsoak issue with the short ram ?? Also how often do you clean the filter? I read somewhere that the filter doesnt need to be clean for up to 100k.....
