When to vaccum ac condenser?

Need advice. I just replaced my 2018 si ac condenser since I'm on spring break. Should I vaccum it and charge the system asap? Or can I wait until it warms up in Chicago, it's 30 degrees now? Can I wait maybe until memorial day?

I’d advise going to a dealer or a shop that Carry r1234yf refrigerant. The machine uses a refrigerant identifier for contaminants, pulls the vacuum, performs a leak test, then refills accordingly. Moisture is very bad in these systems.

I agree with Romeo. You don't want ambient moisture sitting in the system.
