I believe 10th gen Civics use low profile mini fuses (APS, ATT) in the interior fuse box, but most kits I've seen only have the usual standard sizes included. Would I be fine/have enough room if I run a regular mini fuse tap?

I used the mini fuse tap with no issues in my interior fuse box.

For 2019, I used a mini low profile fuse tap. Interestingly, some online seller describes them as micro2.
I never ran accross a low profile micro, so the low profile one that you will find in your search will likely be it.

Sorry for the messy photo

Also, don’t forget that you need some adaptor to transform to the correct voltage/amperage useable by USB.
