Have a 2018 hatchback sport and just noticed a used type r exhaust for sale on Craigslist.

I couldn’t find much info in the search and it was conflicting on whether it will bolt right in.

Also would there Be a noticeable change in sound?

lastly, is it worth it? They’re asking $450 obo but if I can get it for $300-$350 range

Here is a link of someone doing it to their sport. But if you want to keep it safe you should go out and get an aftermarket from either GReddy or Borla, if you do not want to break the bank. Also, I would look at the market place in this forum to see if you can get a better price. I believe $450 is way too high when others are selling it for around $200-300 on here.

Thank you for that article, is there a difference in pipe diameter?

guessing minimal to no gains, maybe slight sound change and 3 exhaust tips

Too bad you’re not in Washington. I would let mine go for 100
