Rev Limiter at Stand Still

When i’m just at a stand still in my car not moving at all and i rev it, it limits at like 4k rpm but when i’m moving just a little bit and throw the car in neutral it revs all the way out, is there anyway to remove this limiter while being still?

KTuner or Flashpro give options to remove the limiter at a standstill, or at the very least move the limit to redline

oh , i have the phearable 1.5r tune so it doesn’t let me change the limiter so i’m jus gonna have to wait till i get my custom tune
