Quick Bolt Pattern Question

I'm shopping for wheels on Discount Tires and found one I like but the bolt pattern is 5-100.00.

I contacted customer service and she affirms that 5-100 bolt pattern will fit on my '18 Civic EX. Just doesn't sound right.

Is the correct?

No, the Civic is 5 x 114.3
Some wheels may have a dual bolt pattern that fit more than one application such as 5 x 100/ 5 x 114.3
