The only thing I found weird of the raffle purchase was the option to allow the raffle to pay for the fee.

Yeah you may have already figured it out but the "fee" is charged by the credit card processing company. If the ticket buyer offers to cover that, the full dollar amount spent on tickets goes towards the "cause" (in this case, the Wake the Dragon event). If the ticket buyer does not cover the, credit card processing fees are deducted from the ticket purchase when the "cause" receives the money from the ticket sale.

Hey, at least you can participate. All I can do is administrate. I think the event will be well worth it though!
