To all... I just got a shipping quote from where I am in Wisconsin to a specific zip code in Tennessee and that was $111.xx PER WHEEL!
Let this serve as a reference as to what the shipping costs are and will be.
Edit... the cost with boxing up everything properly, total shipped was $507.14. This includes insurance for up to $250 per wheel/tire combo and tax. I also looked into a freight option and that was just over $600. Shipping costs are just nuts currently!
