I just meant harder to have an in-person meetup or 'cars and coffee' type thing to meet each other with all the COVID mess. I miss the car scene, or really doing about anything out in public.

ah i gotcha ive never done car meet stuff the only "meet" ive done is when me and friends meet up to go offroading and convoy out to the offroad park

The local Cars and Coffee meets used to be pretty solid. I'm itching to get out for a track day up at Raceway Park of the Midlands, the road course there is pretty solid.

Would any of you guys be interested in doing one of their high performance driver education days up there? Not sure if they have any more this year though.

haha prob not back when i lived in oak grove there was a dude right down the block that had another white si coupe just like mine but now since i moved i dont see any near me lol

I've been seeing more SI's around town but nobody seems to care about them.

There's a red one at work (or at least there was before working from home) with a Chiefs sticker on the back and a Darth Maul vinyl on the gas cap. That anyone here? lol

Well even though this thread has died off, I'd like to at least try to pick things back up in the KC area and have some sort of enthusiast community. Help each other working on the cars, hit some track days, go to Cars and Coffee, whatever.
