personally never heard of this brand but there are other chips that people have used I know personally and makes a big difference.

I've seen something similar to this called Pedal Commander. It doesn't tune your car or anything, just changes the throttle response times so you can get a faster response when accelerating, making it seem like you're going faster. At least that's what I gathered from the product description and comments on the Facebook ad I saw
