Yes, they do actually. Part of the reason why I suspect its probably close to the same thing as Flacobill found in his first post.
Because they are black you don't really see that though unless you either looks really close or you catch a slight glint of sunlight off the middle of an individual cover. I'm pretty fussy and I was madly surprised with the overall looks when I put them on. I did order the UK black lugs and locks long before this thread came out but I'm happy with these on the stock black rims. Had I known about these I would have likely not ordered the black lugs from the UK. I'll keep the black lugs use on the NSX rims when I eventually get those on. Will likely run the Conti's on the stock rims until they are done before switching up rims/tires.
