Now my rev match light is on and my emissions light is on and my head unit is going out and keeps rebooting I've taken it to 2 different places to try to tune it and fix this and both have failed does any one have a good idea

Hard battery reset been attempted? Any wires come lose from connections? Emissions will be there until the O2 is turned off with tune or defouler in place.

What tuner are you using?

I've had it tuned at 2 shops in Georgia and this has happened
I don't know how to do it myself but one shop got me 400 hp at the crank but every time I floored it the entire light system would start flashing and then the radio unit would malfunction

I'd try a stock tune for bit and see if that helps. Make sure the O2 sensor is disabled. Not sure what's going on with the radio though.

The one shop I went to tuned it and it had less power and no problems but then when I had them put on the cat back and re map it, 2 days later it stared acting up again

The catback wouldn't need a new tune on it's own.

Get it working in stock, then you can tune for power. Right now it sounds like a tune issue, but it could also be one of your new parts (intake perhaps) that's causing issues.
