How to turn on FK7 Audio Unit through PINOUT ?

i have the NR-000 model
i tried to turn it on, by connecting only the
A1 - Ground
A3 - B+
and A23 - ACC

it does not turn on , is there any main pin i need to connect more to turn the unit at least on ?
in fact i just want to turn it on so i can connect to the CAN BUS of my car so i can enable the remote start option. Cause my aftermarket audio unit does not have this option.

Is there 12V on A2 & A23(with engine running)?
If no, check the fuse.
If yes, most probably the HU has serious problem.
