How to Edit App Files for Viper4Android with SoundCloud

Hi all, I've come across the issue where viper4android doesn't process SoundCloud audio (I have honda hack and run DSP flat for my aftermarket audio setup). I cam across this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/app-mod-soundcloud-compatible-with-viper4android-1-05-18.3555613/
which states I need to edit the /system/ect/audio_policy.conf for V4A. How would I go about doing this in our headunits? I have a 2021 sport hatch.
