Hmmm, custom tune

I was wondering if it was worth getting a custom tune done without an upgraded turbo install? I have quite a few mods done (PRL Cobra cold air intake, catback exhaust, front and down pipe, and a KTuner flash tune).....so with that being said is it really worth getting a custom tune done without a new turbo??

Not if you're still on the stock clutch. Get an aftermarket clutch, you should be able make another 25 HP or so on premium, and much more on an ethanol blend.

Anytime you have the opportunity to run a custom tune over a base map I would do it.

No matter how good the base map is, a custom tune will always run better as every car is different.
