A lot of CU's would treat an auto loan on this particular vehicle as an unsecured loan.I guess my credit union was being generous to me then, they quoted me 4% on an 02 s2k I was thinking about purchasing last year.
It's not old enough to be treated as a classic car. It is also too old and too high of mileage to be classified as something else.
I am not saying you cannot get a decent interest rate on said car, but you are going to have to do some serious shopping around.
IMO OPs asking price is on the high side. It's too high of mileage to be a collectors car and is too expensive to make a real track toy. Either way, eBay will tell us what the market thinks it is worth... well, hopefully.
