Cool JDM only Type R stuff?

Something that can be brought back by someone visiting Japan easily (i.e. not rims or aero bits)? Any ideas? The only thing I can think of are Mugen door handle protectors.

Considering that this civic is a universal platform, there is not much these days where the term JDM can be brought up. Only thing that comes to mind is the Type R foglights.

Maybe you could pick up the power window door switch - Europe has auto-down and auto-up for all 4 windows, Japan might as well? I think the function is all built into the switch...should be plug'n'play. I'm working on getting one here to try it out.
