Civic EX with sensing out the door price 23K. Is it a good price?

I need your help. This is my first time to get a car.
I negotiated with dealer and he suggested Civic EX w/ sensing, 23K.(OTD price)
Is it a good price? I am afraid of being fooled......
I am in Madison, Wisconsin.

EX OTD are around 20.5k to 21.5k. If you value sensing for $600-800 then you have a good OTD price.

If you're factoring in OTD price, that might not be so bad. But I paid $24K for my Touring in the Chicagoland area back in March (not OTD, that was the base price). Highly recommend looking at TrueCar.com to see what others in your area are paying.
