I am planning to buy a 2017 Civic Ex with Sensing this weekend and have been negotiating with dealers over email.

The best price before TTL I have is $19,700, do you think it is a good price or I can bargain more ?

What is the MSRP on that car?

Look up the car on carjojo.com using your zip code. That will likely show the best price available in your area. Their algorithm isn't perfect, but it's pretty good. If you can beat their number, I'd say you're doing well.

How did you get 3311 off msrp? Are you sure this is with sensing? Was this a sedan? If this is the fact than it's a great deal.

3311 is savings from dealer, I think the dealer is desperate to sell the car.

That's about $900 under invoice. That seems pretty fair. Those MA taxes are crazy haha.

I would also check this thread to see what other people have paid, especially in your area.

What do you think, can I go lower than this , also I have not applied the grad bonus of $500 to it now, and I am assuming that dealer might have not applied that when giving the quote.

It's up to you! I would check that other thread to get an idea of what others have paid. Have a price you want, and a threshhold you would walk away at. If you aren't in a dire need right now, make sure to get the car you want and the price you want, and be ready to walk away if you have to.

The grad bonus shouldn't be a problem, you can tell them at the very end, it's just Honda tacking on $500 to your down payment if you finance through Honda.
