A/C Heater, Nothing Works, No Air

Earlier today, I heard some noise when I turned the heater / AC on. The sound is coming from the blower because when I turned the blower off, the sound went away. Now nothing works. No air coming out completely. No AC, no heater. The front window defroster also stop working.

Could the problem be the blower is completely broken?

Any input will be much appreciated.

I'd inspect the cabin air filter/blower area behind the glovebox.

If there's an obstruction with the blower; clear it and check the fuse in the fuse box.
