2021 Type R Limited Edition FK8 USA-001 from BAT $100k got Repo?

Is EVDSREPOS legit? It looks like the $100k Civic Type R LE USA-001 sold on BAT was repo and is being resold by an auction site in which the car is owned by the bank. If this site is legit, then this may be true. The owner who got it from BAT (from the winner of the Honda drawing) took a big bath.

Yes he sold it for $100k and the 2nd owner got it from BAT and now is forsale again at a losses.

I mean it seems pretty clearly not to be a scam site-what probably happened is some guy bid $102k on bring a trailer thinking he would be outbid, won the auction on accident and couldn't afford the 2k car payment so it got repossessed

This exact posting came up right after the initial BAT auction ended. I did some digging at the time and as far as I could tell this website is a scam ran by an India based web owner
