2018 Civic EX-L audio problem

Occasionally the menu to change tone settings and speaker balance and fade won't work. Pushing tne touch screen button doesn't do anything. Removing the radio fuse under the hood will fix it for a few months. Has anyone else experienced this? Car is out of warranty. Thank you.

I'm wondering if you have anything connected to the USB during these times. I don't have a solution other than "well... don't do that". But I've seen other posts where the system just locks from time to time when trying to interface with USB devices.

Maybe check if Honda has issued a software patch.
