I thought that was the problem but it ended up being a transmission issue. As said I was only tuned for 2 months and have been stock for 8k miles since. Could it still be from my previous issue.
Hey everyone, I just wanted to talk about my situation. I have a 2018 cvt hatch with only 16,400 miles. I was on ktuner stage 2 for about 2 months around 8k miles and I had transmission issues. Luckily the dealership replaced the Valve body(transmission part) and I’ve been fine since then. 8k...

Just wanted to let y’all know,
I also have it on sale on eBay for $500. Yes this is more but eBay has a deal going on right now where you can take 10% of 100 or more. This means you would get the tune for
$450.
Deal only runs through the 24th so go get it while you can. Link below...
Selling my ktuner V2. Asking $480 shipped through USPS. PayPal Only.
It’s almost brand new. Used for less than a month. Includes touchscreen display, both cables, 2 stickers, and dash mount(needs new adhesive).
Selling because I am discontinuing my build and starting an older project car...
Selling my Injen Cold Air Intake for 2016+ Hatchback. Chrome and original box. $200 OBO. I will pay for shipping.
Great condition. Minor Scratches on lower non visible part. Only 3k miles on it.
UPDATE:
Car is running better. Long term down to -3.
Still having some slight hesitation/jolt.
This was after about 20 miles of driving. Do you think it’s still gonna take time for it to go away or could I have a different problem?
I’m wondering if it’s possible put stock intake on and plug the hole going into the resonator.
From what I know the resonator box changes the sound and doesn’t serve a purpose other than that.
If anyone could give me a sure answer it would be appreciated.
Don’t think my reply went through.
Short term is at 20 and long term is at 17. This is at idle after driving for 15min.
If I understand correctly this means it’s running lean so you may be correct.
Going to take of intake and hope it fixes it. Hate to do it because I love the sound of it...
Don’t know if you saw my other thread but it’s back to normal now after refilling and treating gas.
Plan is to run out one more tank and then hope it’s completely back to normal.
If all goes well I’m thinking about putting the tune back on but just running the stage 0 or 1.
Thanks for your help.
Yes by stall out I meant the engine cut off completely.
And oddly there was no code at all the 4 times it happened.
The MAF sensor would have put off a code. I did have a MAF code a week prior but I think it was from water after a car wash because I haven’t had any other issues with it.
Car was fine before I put anything on it. I had the CAI for 2000 miles before adding ktuner and it was ok. The problem is better now so I think it was the gas but if it did have to do with a mod I think it was the tune.
Just did a short drive and it seems I’m not having the problem anymore making me think it was the gas.(still at .49 right now)
I’ll upload the log when I get back home
