Look at the box and you'll notice four 8mm bolts, unscrew those and you'll get to the air filter. Usually air filters get changed out ~ 10-15K miles, less if you drive through a lot of dirty areas.

Honda uses the 12x1.5 thread pitch for lug nuts. You don't want to use the Honda ball seat lug nuts on aftermarket wheels, you'll need to purchase conical type lugs.
