Update on this: my headlights don't work at all now. I have a full replacement kit that was provided by TRS after having issues with the lights stuttering after rain in the past. I have tested voltages at every step along the way (all okay) and replaced all components but the relay harness...

Huh, good to know. Maybe one day I'll go in and fix it. But separating the headlight is a PITA, so probably not soon.

Yeah, mine was similar. I took the H4 silicone grommet and threaded it onto the bulb wires and past the bulb grommet. See picture. Then I just tried to fit that silicone grommet into the groove of the headlight seal. It's definitely not a perfect fit or solution.

It's an Altima/Maxima bracket actually.

Mm, they looked sharper at a closer distance, so I thought they were alright. Maybe not. Are your pictures before and after alignment?

That could be it. I park in my garage, so less temperature variance nightly.

One other thing: don't go cheap with the things that separate you from the ground...bed, shoes, tires.

I have had the same thing happen, and I don't think there's a reset. My guess is that it fails in a safe state that doesn't allow a restart, or that initialization of the system happens with ignition.

Got the RetroQuick kit installed this weekend. I'll put up a thread this week. It'll take a bit to organize and type up a post. Kit was nice, instructions were good. I had to modify the projector bracket, it's for Maxima/Altima, and the bottom didn't fit. I was able to just file away material...

I drive 15 min to work every day, 45 mph limit with stoplights. My first change was at over 9k miles. Dunno why yours is such a short interval.

It's a two hour install...four hours six years from now is too much hassle for you?

Update: Turns out TRS didn't include the projectors in the kit, so I'm waiting for them to send me those.

I got the kit...installing next week hopefully.

Update: Installed over the weekend. No issues with fitment. It was tricky to get the filter on due to the radar unit sitting right above where the filter goes, so there wasn't a lot of room to wiggle it on.
